Had I the heavens' embroidered cloths, Enwrought with golden and silver light, The blue and the dim and the dark cloths Of night and light and the half-light, I would spread the cloths under your feet: But I, being poor, have only my dreams; I have spread my dreams under your feet; Tread softly because you tread on my dreams. Another hectic day in York

Some pictures from our day at the Yorkshire Museum.

A lovely day spent at the Yorkshire Museum, we were fortunate enough to meet a gentleman at the museum who has just found an ancient Roman urn, the urn contained roman coins. The urn was uncovered near Scarborough. The Museum have purchased the urn and contents valued at £88,000. Some of the coins and the urn will be going on display in the museum in July.
